Which microphones benefit
FetHead Phantom is specially designed for condenser microphones. It works very well with all condenser microphones. FetHead Phantom is also an indispensable tool for mobile recording and a real upgrade for camera microphone preamps, because it lowers the noise floor.
Operation
Your Fethead Phantom will latch straight onto any XLR equipped microphone, or anywhere else in the signal path between microphone and preamp/mixer. The electronics are housed in a robust metal chassis with a balanced female XLR input and a balanced male XLR output, rugged enough for use at home, in the studio or on tour.
Phantom power distribution
FetHead's Phantom circuit uses 48V phantom power but also passes it on from its input to the microphone. Your condenser mic is powered with the same phantom power.

Germanium Flavor
Germanium transistors were widely used in earliest transistor designs by Neve, EMI, Telefunken, and Fairchild, and have developed a reputation for a decidedly vintage mojo that remains sought after today.
We created a novel hybrid circuit that consists of low noise JFETs and a hand-selected ‘new old stock’ germanium transistor to take full advantage of the "Germanium" sound and at the same time achieve the same sonic quality we are known for. A low impedance output buffer provides output drive to long cables.

Protects the microphone
Some older ribbon microphones do not tolerate phantom power. Fethead uses phantom power to power its circuitry, but doesn’t pass phantom power to the microphone, so rest assured your ribbon mics are safe.
Operating Range: 80 feet in the line of sight. UHF wireless microphone is less likely to subject to interference than VHF microphone. Reliable signal and no worried about the sound will be cut in and out during use. ★Need a digital to analog converter (not included) to connect the tv output to the mic system if you use tv to stream music.★
3 vocalists can sing karaoke together. 1/4’’ input for extra wireless microphone (not included but could be found from Fifine). Separate volume control (VOL.A & VOL.B) for each wireless mic. Perfect for karaoke, party, school and church.
Adjustable echo effect. Allowed to mix the mic signal with music signal without using a mixer. Compact metal receiver, has stronger anti-interference ability than plastic ones. This cordless microphone system can save space at home and be portable for on the go use.
3 included cables allowed flexibility for connections. 1x1/4’’ audio cable (L:39’'), 1x3.5mm audio cable (L:59’'), 1x3.5mm to RCA audio cable (L:59'’). It could be a karaoke microphone or speaking microphone to meet different purpose.

Tips: Needs to work with speakers/soundbars have AUX(3.5mm or 1/4'') or RCA input port.
